Solitaire ring in warm natural light

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of diamonds does UMA offer?

The origin of the diamond is stated for each piece. The current Lumière Solitaire example is lab-grown. Natural-diamond requests can be discussed individually; no stone's origin should be inferred from imagery.

What does price on request mean?

We confirm the exact piece, diamond specifications, metal, availability, and price before an order is accepted. Send an inquiry from the product page and we will help with the details.

Does every diamond come with a grading report?

No blanket certification claim applies. A report is included only when confirmed for the specific stone or piece. We will tell you which laboratory issued any accompanying report.

Can I personalize a design?

Selected designs can be explored in different metals, sizes, or stone options. Our custom consultation helps us assess what is possible. Final specifications, price, timing, and cancellation terms are agreed in writing.

How soon will my piece arrive?

Dispatch and delivery estimates are confirmed for the exact item before ordering. Made-to-order pieces require additional preparation time.

Can I return jewelry?

Eligible unworn, unaltered items may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Custom, engraved, resized, made-to-order, and final-sale pieces have exclusions. Please read the full Returns & Exchanges page.

How accurate are the lifestyle photographs?

Styled and on-body images help show the mood and approximate scale of a design. Final stone dimensions, setting details, and chain length are confirmed for your actual order.

Will my saved pieces appear on another device?

Your saved pieces are stored in the browser on the device you used. They do not automatically sync across devices.

How do I reach you?
