Preparing your order
We review the order details and arrange careful preparation for delivery. If we need to confirm an address or other information, we will contact you using the details you provided.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking is provided when your order ships. High-value shipments may require a signature and an approved delivery address. Any shipping charge and applicable delivery requirements are disclosed before purchase.
Carrier estimates begin after dispatch. For security, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
If timing changes
If we cannot ship within the promised or legally permitted time, we will contact you with the revised estimate and available options, including cancellation and a refund where required.
A problem on arrival?
Keep the packaging and contact UMA promptly if a shipment appears damaged, incomplete, or misdelivered. Include the order number and photographs where helpful so we can investigate with the carrier.
