Eligible, unaltered pieces may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Contact UMA before sending anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

Return condition

Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, grading reports or certificates, security tags, and any gifts included with the purchase. Each returned item is inspected and authenticated.

Personal and made-to-order pieces

Customized, engraved, resized, altered, made-to-order, and clearly marked final-sale pieces are not returnable for a change of mind. The applicable terms are explained before you commit. This does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Start a return

1. Contact us within the return window with your order number and the piece you would like to return.
2. Wait for authorization, the return address, and secure shipping instructions.
3. Pack the piece carefully with all accompanying materials and keep your tracking details.

Do not send jewelry to an address without our written instructions. Unapproved shipments may be refused.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method following inspection. Any non-refundable shipping or return costs must have been disclosed and be permitted by law. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. Exchanges depend on availability and are arranged individually.

If something is wrong

Please contact us promptly if a piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Include photographs of the piece and packaging. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
